Role Overview:
The Lead Front End Developer will be responsible for leading front-end development efforts, guiding technical decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications. Key Skills & Experience:
• Proficiency with JS React and NextJS
• Extensive experience with JS React
• Strong understanding of front-end development best practices
• Proven ability to lead development teams and projects
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the front-end development using React and NextJS
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to create cohesive digital products
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team
