Gravitas is working with a Global Financial Institution, based in London, that is looking for a customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to join their on-site, international Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and remote/home office setups
- Administer and support video conferencing systems (Cisco, Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and maintain PC hardware and desktop applications
- Build and deploy desktops and laptops using WDS, MDT, SCCM, or similar tools
- Support Active Directory and Azure administration tasks
- Manage printer hardware and print servers
- Configure user and device profiles on Cisco CUCM
- Troubleshoot networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN)
- Install and support end-user devices via phone, remote tools, and in-person
- Move and set up computer equipment as needed within the office
- Provide occasional weekend/out‑of‑hours support
- Understand NTFS and share permissions for network access
- Collaborate with global teams and maintain strong customer service throughout interactions
Essential Technical Skills
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience (Banking or MSP- essential)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft desktop/server environments
- Knowledge of Exchange, Office 365, Windows 11, MS Teams, Azure, OneDrive
- Experience supporting hardware across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Networking troubleshooting experience (L2–L3 exposure a plus)
- Familiarity with MDT/SCCM/WDS deployment technologies
