Rate: £600-£700 per day (Inside IR35)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the execution of complex operational and business initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This is a 3-month contract, requiring commitment 2 days per week, ideal for someone who can quickly introduce structure, create delivery clarity, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
You will be comfortable operating with autonomy while coordinating teams, managing priorities, and ensuring delivery remains aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple operational and business workstreams.
  • Build and maintain integrated plans, proactively managing dependencies and sequencing activities effectively.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and constraints, enabling informed and timely decision-making.
  • Maintain oversight of milestones, budgets, and governance controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to remove blockers and align priorities.
  • Oversee third-party suppliers and partners, ensuring agreed outcomes are delivered.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Ensure operational impacts — including service stability, performance, and monitoring — are considered early in the delivery lifecycle.

  • Experience managing external vendors and holding partners accountable.
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities.
