We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the execution of complex operational and business initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple operational and business workstreams.
- Build and maintain integrated plans, proactively managing dependencies and sequencing activities effectively.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and constraints, enabling informed and timely decision-making.
- Maintain oversight of milestones, budgets, and governance controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to remove blockers and align priorities.
- Oversee third-party suppliers and partners, ensuring agreed outcomes are delivered.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ensure operational impacts — including service stability, performance, and monitoring — are considered early in the delivery lifecycle.
