In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting key IT applications, managing cloud-based technologies, and ensuring the smooth operation of MSP’s as well as being heavily involved in the growth of their Cyber Security function.
📍 Location: Cheshire (3 days per week on-site)
💼 Contract: Permanent
💰 Salary: £36,000

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for IT applications and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows environments
- Support cloud-based platforms
- Manage MSP providers
- Contribute to the development of the organisation’s Cyber Security capabilities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with IT security practices and tools
- Working knowledge of SQL
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in Service Desk or IT Support roles
- Eager to upskill in Azure, SQL, and Microsoft technologies
- Interest in Cyber Security and application support
- Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning
