✅ What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in 2nd line infrastructure support
- Experience in Microsoft / VMware Server installation, Windows deployment, configuration, and upgrading of server/client software and related products
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset
- You must have your own transportation, with a valid UK driving licence
