We're looking for someone who brings:
- 5–10 years' experience working with private clients in personal lines or HNW broking
- Exposure to high-value risks, ideally including property, prestige vehicles, contents, collectibles, fine art, jewelry, and travel
- Ability to engage confidently with individuals, family offices, and intermediaries
- A consultative mindset ability to understand nuanced client needs and structure creative placement solutions
- Strong knowledge of UK retail markets (London Market experience is a plus, not essential)
- A proactive, energetic, client-first attitude, personality fit matters here
