Account Executive/Broker – UK/International Corporate Commecial
An excellent opportunity to join a brokerage widely recognised across the industry as a truly exceptional place to work, where people are supported, empowered, and valued for the expertise they bring. This key position has become available for a seasoned and proactive Senior Account Executive/Broker to join their team who focuses on complex UK and international business across property and liability lines.
You will step into a key position within a high calibre team, where you will be supporting a broad portfolio of corporate clients, and contributing to the evolution of a division that has recently transitioned from a traditional property structure into a more agile, specialist led model.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of corporate commercial business so adaptability and a solid technical foundation in property and liability is essential. This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise into a team that values collaboration, autonomy, and ambition, while offering flexibility and a strong leadership culture
We’re looking to speak with experienced Account Executives/Brokers who possess:
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial property and liability
  • A background in UK retail with exposure to some international business
  • Ideally London Market experience, but high-performing regional brokers will also be considered
  • Strong knowledge of placement strategies, market engagement, and technical broking documentation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, client-led mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team
