We are currently working with an organisation based near Oxfordshire who are looking for an ERP Project Manager to start as soon as possible, to help with an inflight Unit4 transformation programme.
Onsite: Hybrid
Days a Week: 5 days
IR35: Outside
Length: 6 Months (extension likely)
Pay: £500/day

Essentials
- Experience ERP Project Manager, working with the Unit4 System
- Strong track record of delivering ERP deployments through go-live.
- Experience managing project recovery, remediation or turnaround situations.
- Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and delivery planning.
- Ability to assess implementation health and rapidly implement corrective action.
- Experience managing testing, data migration, training and cutover activities.
Key Objectives:
- Conduct a rapid assessment of the current project status.
- Establish an accurate view of programme health, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Review governance, delivery structure and resource allocation.
- Assess readiness across: Testing (IST/UAT), Data migration, Training and change management, Cutover planning, Go-live readiness
- Rebuild confidence and visibility across stakeholders.
- Develop a realistic delivery roadmap and revised project plan where required.
- Lead the programme through implementation, go-live and post-go-live support.
- Recommend and secure additional resources if necessary.
- Implement robust project controls, reporting and tracking mechanisms.
