We are seeking an experienced Total Connect Consultant within the Housing IT industry to support the ongoing optimisation, configuration, and development of our Total Connect solution. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on a part-time basis, providing high-impact consultancy and technical support to housing organisations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing management systems with a particular focus on Total Connect integrations, data migration, and process improvement.
As a subject matter expert on Total Connect, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the system fully supports operational requirements. You’ll be contributing directly to the delivery of business objectives through the effective leveraging of system capabilities and custom workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy expertise on the implementation and enhancement of Total Connect in a housing environment.
- Configure workflows and integrate key modules to improve system functionality.
- Advise on system design, upgrades, and customisation according to business requirements.
- Support data migration, mapping, and validation.
- Deliver documentation, training support, and knowledge transfer to in-house teams.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend system improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system integrity and performance.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working with Total Connect in the Housing sector.
- Strong understanding of social housing processes and business operations.
- Experience with system configuration, integration, and report building.
- Proficient in data analysis, SQL, and relevant reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects.
- Proven track record of delivering system improvements and supporting change initiatives.
Contract Details:
- Rate: £400 per day
- Outside IR35
- Part-time: 3 days per week
- Location: Remote working
- Start date: ASAP
