Gravitas is partnering with a fast-growing early-stage tech company that’s building a next-gen data platform powered by AI to solve real-world challenges. As they scale, they’re looking for a Backend Python Developer to join their dynamic London-based team.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work across backend systems, infrastructure, and data pipelines, helping shape the architecture and direction of a cutting-edge product.

🔧 What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of backend Python development (essential)
• Experience in data or ML-related projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, version control)
• Cloud experience (ideally Azure)
• SQL & NoSQL database experience (Elasticsearch, MongoDB preferred)
• Startup or scale-up experience
