Senior Performance & Assurance Officer role, available on a Permanent basis, for a leading social housing organisation in the North West.
This is a brand new role, on the back of a mini restructure, to create a series of new posts. The great thing about this position, is if you’ve been in this kind of role for a couple of years, but not had/forsee the opportunity to progress any further in your current organisation, the hiring manager is willing to offer the right candidate a step up into this more senior role.
Role: Senior Performance & Assurance Officer
Sector: Social Housing
Salary: £47,700

Location: A range of North West based offices, with hybrid working model. Head office circa once a week
The essential skills for this role are:
The role comes with the support of two junior members of staff, as well as a line manager with expensive social housing experience in this area.
The role will span a wide remit from TSMs, to supplier performance to embedding a performance framework.

- Analytical mindset – ability to take the data and help make sense of it (the organisation has a separate data/BI function – this is a non technical data role)
- Ability to get to the root cause of any issues the data presents
- Experience conducting forecasting activities
- Ability to understand risk
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to present findings back to the heads of service across the organisation
