About the Role

We’re supporting a leading global insurance and risk management organisation in their search for a Senior Client Service Delivery Specialist to join their Global Broking Centre team.

This position plays a key role in managing technical activities across the broking and placement process for complex, international insurance contracts.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with broking teams on large, complex, global insurance placements involving multiple insurers.

  • Managing post-placement documentation, including policy wording and invoicing requests, through internal systems.

  • Driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across client service delivery processes.

  • Building strong relationships with brokers, underwriters, offshore partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Providing technical and process guidance on complex risks and placements.

  • Handling post-placement queries and ensuring workflow and risk lifecycle management meet performance targets.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.

  • Supporting the broader Client Service Delivery function in achieving divisional objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.

  • Previous experience within the insurance industry, ideally within broking, client servicing, or technical support.

  • Solid understanding of insurance risk and the placement lifecycle.

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to share expertise across the team.

  • Experience providing technical guidance on complex risks (desirable).
