We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce/nCino Developer to support our client's growing technology initiatives within the financial services sector. Based in the City of London, this is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions to meet complex business requirements.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, with strong capabilities in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration patterns. Experience in the development and configuration of the nCino Bank Operating System is essential. You will be responsible for building custom applications, automating business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement Salesforce and nCino solutions aligned with business goals and technical architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Customisation of Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, nCino and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
- Ensure code quality through proper testing, version control and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce and nCino applications.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce and nCino features and recommend their application.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with nCino solutions.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and platform capabilities.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II or nCino certification is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in the City of London, with a competitive annual salary of £75,000 and opportunities for career progression and further certifications. Hybrid working arrangements may be available.
