Our customer ,as part of it's ongoing growth, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ in a commercial setting. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Finance to implement and enhance complex quoting workflows, pricing models, and approval processes.
Key Responsibilities
The company is a leading innovator in provision of B2B Telecoms and requires support in the following areas:

Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows

Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to support quoting, pricing, discounting, and contract lifecycle processes

Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Ensure code quality through unit testing and participate in code reviews

Maintain system documentation and provide end-user training/support as needed

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and CPQ product updates
Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a commercial environment

Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), including complex product rules, pricing structures, and quote-to-cash processes

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and integration patterns

Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II and CPQ Specialist certifications are a plus)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with DocuSign, Conga, or similar quote/proposal tools

Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
