Your contributions will ensure clean handoffs between teams, uphold data governance standards, and continually evolve revenue operations through automation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & AR Management
- Own the end-to-end billing cycle across multiple currencies and geographies.
- Create, review, and distribute invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payment processing, collections and credit memos.
- Ensure revenue recognition aligns with UK and US compliance standards.
- Partner with Sales on custom pricing and payment terms.
- Synchronize with Services on invoicing requirements.
- Work with Support on the license management process.
- Coordinate with Finance on complex invoices and support month-end close.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure accuracy in deal structuring and alignment with revenue policies.
- Validate commercial terms and billing details across customer contracts to avoid downstream invoicing issues.
- Support the end-to-end quote-to-cash process by optimizing system workflows and removing bottlenecks.
- Own the management of customer master data, ensuring consistency across CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
- Monitor key sales and revenue metrics, identifying discrepancies and working with cross-functional teams to correct them.
- Conduct regular audits of sales and revenue data to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales-to-billing handoffs and reduce manual errors.
- Document and refine operational processes to improve turnaround times, scalability, and transparency.
- Build and maintain dashboards and tools that empower stakeholders with real-time visibility into revenue performance.
- Maintain and enhance workflows in Xero, HubSpot, and other platforms
- Implement automation to eliminate inefficiencies
- Design dashboards and track billing KPIs
- Administer systems and ensure data integrity across tools
About You
Skills & Tools
- HubSpot and Xero proficiency
- Confident with Excel for billing analytics
- Experience with tools like FlowRev, AgiCap, and Airtable is a major plus
- Strong grasp of integration tools and CRM/ERP workflows
- 2–3 years in billing or revenue operations in a tech setting
- Exposure to US market invoicing and compliance highly beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving team
- Proactive and process-driven with a flair for automation
- Excellent communication and customer-centric approach
- Problem-solver with a keen eye for operational efficiency
