Revenue Manager
Location: London (3 days a week onsite)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000
My client is hiring a Revenue Manager to lead the commercial strategy for all non‑fare income and turn opportunity into measurable growth. This is a high‑impact role within a national organisation, focusing on identifying, shaping and delivering new revenue opportunities across stations, lounges, onboard environments and wider customer touchpoints.
The Role
You’ll shape and deliver the commercial strategy for:
- Car parks and parking optimisation
- Station retail and concessions
- First‑class lounges (access, upgrades, partnerships)
- Onboard retail and advertising
- New ancillary and partnership revenue streams
This is a commercial, opportunity‑driven position where you’ll spot opportunities and build business cases to identify where extra revenue can be created.
What You’ll Deliver
- Identify and size new ancillary revenue opportunities across stations, lounges and onboard
- Develop pricing/usage strategies
- Shape category strategy
- Build commercial propositions for lounges, including paid access, upgrades, partnerships and advertising
- Scope onboard and lounge advertising opportunities with external partners
- Translate insight and data into clear business cases for senior decision‑makers
- Present proposals confidently and handle challenge with credibility
- Manage a pipeline of tests and initiatives, focusing on high‑value opportunities
Useful backgrounds could include: consumer‑facing businesses, hospitality, travel, property/commercial partnerships, retail environments, or any B2C organisation where you’ve worked on revenue growth outside core product sales.
