Business Analysts – PACS & RIS
Outside IR35 | Competitive Day Rate

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a major healthcare transformation program, focusing on Radiology workflows and the Radiology Information System (RIS). These roles will play a critical part in improving patient care, operational efficiency, and system integration.


Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Radiology and RIS leads to gather requirements and map processes.
• Support configuration setup, testing (functional, integration, UAT), and documentation.
• Prepare go-live activities including cutover planning and runbooks.
• Collaborate across Radiology and RIS streams to ensure consistent processes and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams to drive adoption.

Essential Skills

• Proven Business Analysis experience in healthcare or imaging environments.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to produce BRDs, process maps, test scripts, and release notes.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of RIS/PACS workflows and HL7/DICOM standards.
• Experience in NHS or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with change management and training materials for clinical end users.
