What You’ll Lead
- Full end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale transformation programmes.
- A multi‑year Finance & HR system replacement.
- Liaising with your team on their projects: A major Housing & Asset Management system overhaul and A Repairs & Maintenance solution.
- Programme boards, project boards, senior sponsor updates and cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Bring
We need someone who’s handled the big stuff — not small internal tweaks.
Essential
- Proven success delivering large, complex, high-budget programmes.
- Strong, confident communicator who can cut through noise, neutralise negativity and keep teams aligned.
- Leadership presence: can command a room, run meetings, challenge blockers.
- Experience in the housing sector.
- Emotional intelligence, approachability, humour and resilience.
- Comfortable working across multiple business areas and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Finance/HR systems.
- Experience implementing Housing Management Systems
- Experience with Repairs or scheduling solutions.
- Change management exposure.
- Solid PM toolkit.
