The Role
- Own end-to-end UX design, from early discovery and workflow mapping through to polished, ready-to-build handovers.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and AI teams to turn complex problems into intuitive, usable experiences.
- Lead user thinking — identifying edge cases, friction points and smarter interaction patterns.
- Design, test and iterate quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, helping shape standards and long-term design direction.
- Play a key role in defining the next generation of AI-led interfaces and interaction models.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong UX focus — comfortable owning problem discovery, journey mapping and interaction design.
- Confident working cross-functionally and clearly articulating design rationale.
- Proficient in Figma and experienced collaborating closely with UI designers and engineers.
- Comfortable solving complex product challenges, especially in B2B contexts.
- Detail-oriented, thoughtful and motivated to raise the bar on product quality.
- Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys challenging existing patterns to find better solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in interaction and/or motion design.
- Experience working on AI-driven or complex data-heavy products.
