Job Title: Process Architect (12-Month FTC)
Salary: £76,000 per annum
Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days in office per week)

We are a large, London-based non-profit organisation seeking a talented Process Architect to join our newly formed Business Architecture function. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of organisational transformation, following two major systems implementations that are set to change the way we operate.
About the Role
As Process Architect, you will play a pivotal role in embedding end-to-end business processes across the organisation, ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders from multiple departments, you will design and map processes that align with strategic goals and maximise the benefits of our new systems.
This role sits within a growing function with the ambition to drive long-term capability and cultural change across the business. Your work will lay the foundation for sustainable, scalable process management in the years to come.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of business processes across the organisation

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes are aligned with strategic goals and user needs

Translate complex system functionalities into clear, user-friendly processes

Support change management by communicating and embedding new processes effectively

Establish standards and frameworks for process architecture across the organisation
-
Act as a subject matter expert on business process design in the context of recent systems change
About You
We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in business process architecture or process improvement roles
-
Strong understanding of process modelling standards (e.g. BPMN)
-
Experience working in complex organisations, ideally during periods of significant change
-
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
-
A structured, methodical approach combined with flexibility and pragmatism
-
Experience working in or with non-profits or mission-led organisations (desirable)
