Role: Oracle Project Lead (HCM / ERP)
Location: Home-based (UK) | c.1–2 days/month to Liverpool or London
Salary: Up to £89,250 + strong benefits
I’m working with a large, mission-led not‑for‑profit that’s mid‑way through a significant Oracle HCM/ERP journey. They’re looking for a delivery-focused Oracle Project Lead to take ownership of a small team and keep critical workstreams on track – without demanding heavy travel.
The Opportunity
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery across Oracle HCM (with growing exposure to ERP/EPM)
- Manage a small team (c.2–3) of functional leads/support specialists
- Turn business requirements into clear delivery plans and a manageable backlog
- Own the rhythm: planning, prioritisation, status, risks, decisions, supplier coordination
- Front key stakeholder relationships – set expectations and handle challenging conversations
Ideal Profile
- Strong track record delivering projects on Oracle HCM / ERP / EPM
- Proven project leadership: governance, RAID, plans, steering forums
- Comfortable working with senior, demanding stakeholders
- Clear, confident communicator, able to “hold your own” with both business and tech
- Interested in stability and long‑term impact rather than the next day‑rate spike
