We are seeking an experienced NEC Consultant to support a housing association with their automated arrears process. The current automation they have for arrears has not functioned as expected. This has led to a business decision to pause automation and revert to manual arrears processing which is creating a huge amount of admin and impacting performance.
This is a 3 day per week contract position, lasting 3 months. The role is remote.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NEC Housing systems and demonstrate a proven track record in configuring this solution to meet the needs of social housing provider. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting automated arrears workflows within NEC Housing Management
- Strong understanding of escalation policy logic, triggers, and event handling
- Ability to analyse existing setup, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable configuration or scripting solutions
- Configure and modify NEC Housing system modules.
- Experience with multi-tenure environments and integration with finance or income management modules.
