Role Overview:
The Learning Designer will develop and implement effective learning content tailored to the organisation's needs, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure quality and impact. This role is crucial for creating impactful training materials that support the company’s mission to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Learning Design and Development
• Knowledge of ELBT (as a key skill)
• Ability to develop engaging and effective learning materials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop comprehensive learning content and materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training requirements
• Ensure learning solutions align with organisational goals
• Support the implementation of learning programs and evaluate their effectiveness
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Available to work on-site for the duration of the contract
• Available to start from 08/06/2026 for a 2-week period
• Experience with learning design or related fields preferred
