IT Trainer – Non-Profit Organisation
Location: Kent (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
Are you passionate about empowering people through technology? I’m working with a fantastic Kent-based non-profit organisation that’s just embarked on an exciting digital transformation – and they’re looking for an IT Trainer to help bring their Microsoft-first environment to life.
This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity to join an organisation with purpose. They’ve recently implemented a modern suite of technology tools and are now looking for a skilled and engaging IT Trainer who can help their teams get the most from the new systems, build confidence, and ultimately drive adoption across the organisation.
What’s in it for you?
-
A competitive salary of £39,000
-
A permanent, stable role with strong work-life balance
-
Hybrid working (a mix of home and Kent-based office presence)
-
The chance to work with a mission-driven team that’s making a real difference in the community
What you’ll be doing:
-
Delivering engaging and accessible training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) and newly implemented platforms
-
Creating training materials, guides, and resources tailored to different user groups and learning styles
-
Supporting staff at all levels to build digital confidence and capability
-
Working closely with the IT and Change teams to support system rollouts and user adoption
What we’re looking for:
-
Proven experience in delivering IT training in a professional setting
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 – ideally in an organisational context
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to support and encourage users of all technical levels
-
A passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the non-profit sector
This role would suit someone who loves seeing the lightbulb moment when a colleague finally "gets it" – someone who believes that tech is there to make lives easier and who thrives on helping others reach that point of empowerment.
If this sounds like you – or someone you know – get in touch today to find out more. I’d love to tell you about the organisation, their culture, and how this role fits into their future plans.
