A leading global insurance and reinsurance advisory firm is seeking an International Contracts Leader to oversee contract governance, strategy and delivery across UK and European reinsurance portfolios.
This senior role requires strong expertise in reinsurance wordings, drafting and interpretation, alongside leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead contract strategy, governance and standards
- Advise on complex treaty and facultative reinsurance wordings
- Provide technical guidance on contract interpretation
- Drive process improvements and regulatory updates
- Develop contract advisory services and deliver training
- Manage and develop a team of contract specialists
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in reinsurance or insurance contracts
- Strong understanding of treaty reinsurance structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience within cross-functional teams
- Degree qualified; legal or CII qualifications are advantageous
