Integration Development Lead

An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with a Southern based Housing Association who are looking for a Lead Integration Developer to help drive forwards their digital strategy across the organisation. The role is strategically significant, with substantial investment already made in the Azure technology stack to improve system interoperability across the IT estate requiring not just technical expertise but also strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to drive integration efforts forward. 
 

The Integration Development Lead will be responsible for extending and enhancing existing integrations. The ideal candidate with be a hands-on developer who can lead technical delivery, work closely with analysts and engineers, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Experience in the housing sector, particularly with TotalMobile and Dynamics, would be advantageous. 

This is a unique opportunity for a well established Integrations Developer to progress further into a Lead position where you will be the primary integration expert in a small team.

Salary: £66,000

Contract: Permanent

Location:  (Onsite minimum 1 day per month) - Greater London

The successful candidate will contribute to a range of major transformation projects, including replacing legacy systems such as  Housing Management, Microsoft Dynamics, the finance system, and the telephony platform. Projects will be delivered using timeboxed methods, with a focus on data quality, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery.
