We are seeking an experienced NEC Configuration Consultant to support a dynamic Housing and IT project. This is a full-time, contract position lasting 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. The role is remote.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NEC Housing systems and demonstrate a proven track record in configuring and implementing these solutions to meet the needs of social housing providers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and contribute to the successful implementation of NEC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and modify NEC Housing system modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and interpret requirements into precise system configurations.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with housing regulations and internal policy.
  • Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support.
  • Document configuration settings and contribute to knowledge transfer activities.
  • Work in Agile or other project frameworks as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong in SQL, PLSQL, Oracle
  • Extensive experience configuring NEC Housing systems in a social housing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business processes and requirements into technical configuration.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement and managing user expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: £500 per day
