The Role

You will be responsible for providing strategic financial insight, supporting key stakeholders, and ensuring robust financial management across the business. This is a hands-on leadership position that also includes oversight of the IT function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing and inspiring the finance team
- Providing clear financial advice and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders
- Managing the IT team to ensure goals are met within agreed budget
- Overseeing cash flow to maintain liquidity and financial stability
- Leading the development and control of the annual operating budget
- Implementing financial strategies, policies and procedures that support growth, profitability and long-term sustainability
- Ensuring full compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
About You
- You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA) with proven experience at Finance Director, CFO or senior finance leadership level. Experience managing or working closely with an IT function is essential.
