Change Consultant – Oracle Health (Cerner)

We’re partnering with an NHS organisation to source an experienced Change Consultant to support the delivery of a high-priority backlog of 26 Change Requests (CRs) within Oracle Health (Cerner).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of approved Change Requests across Oracle Health (Cerner).
- Work closely with clinical and technical teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Ensure changes are aligned with clinical workflows and operational needs.
- Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities for new functionality.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and change management processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner) systems and NHS workflows.
- Proven experience in managing change within complex healthcare environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and deliver multiple changes in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with PowerChart and mPages is advantageous.
