We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Student Records System implementation within the Higher Education sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing comprehensive change management roadmaps, particularly in complex environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
Your ability to work alongside implementation partners and designated change champions is critical to gather accurate business requirements and translate them into actionable plans. You must be capable of designing Target Operating Models (TOMs) that align with institutional goals and support sustainable change. In addition, we expect a hands-on attitude — you should be prepared to roll up your sleeves and assist beyond your standard responsibilities as needed to ensure project success.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also provide support to internal trainers by reviewing and guiding the development of training materials and schedules. Your influence as a Change Manager will help ensure long-term adoption and continuous improvement following implementation.

Day Rate: £500-525 DOE
Essential Skills:
- Experience of creating and delivering a change management roadmap.
- Experience dealing with a diverse portfolio of stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with implementation partners/change champions to gather requirements.
- Experience creating TOM’s.
- Demonstratable willingness to their sleeves up and contribute outside of their day to day responsibilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in Higher Education or a transferable sector (eg. NHS).
- Experience working on a Student Records implementation.
- Formal Change management accreditations (Eg. APMG)
