C# Integration Developer

Role Overview:
As a C# Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining REST APIs and data pipelines to support system integrations. You will work on integrating Zoho CRM and Zoho Books with other internal systems, developing background services, and ensuring efficient data synchronisation across platforms. Your contributions will help ensure reliable and high-performance data exchange within the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience building REST APIs in C# / .NET with a solid understanding of HTTP, JSON, and REST principles
• Proficiency in C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development, capable of producing clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, with knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys
• Experience with webhooks and event-driven integrations
• Proven ability to build and maintain data pipelines involving ingestion, transformation, and synchronisation
• Strong SQL skills, particularly with SQL Server or similar databases
• Ability to handle data mapping and perform data transformation tasks
• Comfortable working across backend development and data handling
• Capable of working independently in a contract environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs using C# / .NET (Core / ASP.NET Core)
• Integrate Zoho CRM and Zoho Books with internal systems
• Build and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and export
• Implement data synchronisation across different systems
• Create and manage background services and scheduled jobs
• Perform data mapping and transformation tasks
• Write and optimise SQL queries for performance and accuracy
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Proven experience with REST API development in C# / .NET
• Experience integrating third-party APIs with authentication methods such as OAuth or API keys
• Knowledge of webhooks, event-driven architecture, and data pipelines
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or similar databases
• Ability to work remotely and independently within a contract setting
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho APIs
• Familiarity with Zoho workflows and automation
• Experience delivering system integrations involving CRM platforms
