An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with a Housing Association who are embarking upon a large-scale transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity for a well-established Business Analyst to really make an impact on not just the organisation but the wider community.
The right candidate for this role will have an abundance of experience in Business Analysis with a specific focus on Data and system integrations.
Role: Business Analyst
Salary: £50,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: West Midlands (Onsite 2 day per week OR as and when the business requires)

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving this transformation programme. You will be responsible for taking the organisation from a back log of data issues, requirements and cultural attitudes towards data, forward into a data driven evidence-based decision-making organisation.

- Understanding of integrations between systems
- Understand Data Schemas and Standards and how they embed into systems
- Expertise in colleague / stakeholder engagement
- Ability to create a feeling of business ownership
- Effective requirements gathering and as is and to be process mapping
Desirable Skills for this role
- Experience managing a Housing Management system OR Microsoft Dynamics implementation
- Social Housing Experience
- Power BI Experience
