You’ll act as a trusted adviser, combining technical expertise with commercial insight to help clients navigate financial decisions with confidence.

- Build deep, trusted client relationships by understanding financial goals, challenges, cash flow, and risk appetite.
- Analyse portfolios and financial data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulation, and market developments to shape forward-thinking advice.
- Design and deliver bespoke financial and investment solutions using a broad product range.
- Clearly articulate recommendations, communicate value, and negotiate commercially sound outcomes.
- Provide ongoing guidance across investments, wealth planning, and risk management to maintain long-term engagement.
- Identify and manage financial, legal, and operational risks within client relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client activity to support transparency, compliance, and strategic insight.
- Track client satisfaction, revenue, and performance metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- A recognised financial planning qualification at RDR Level 4 or above (essential).
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to make complex topics feel clear and relevant.
- Confidence using digital tools to enhance client conversations and decision-making.
- A disciplined, risk-aware mindset with a strong commitment to compliance and professional standards.
Highly valued experience
- Proven success engaging clients and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Broad exposure to financial services, particularly retail regulated products and asset management.
- Knowledge of pensions, UK taxation, and investment advice.
- Experience managing portfolio-level risk.
