📌 Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
Preparing market submissions, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms with insurers.
Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations.
Providing support and advice to clients regarding their insurance needs and queries.
Assisting senior account executives and contributing to the overall success of the team.

✅ What You’ll Need

Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler, ideally within the London Market.
Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products and practices.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Confidence in using insurance broking systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Cert CII qualification (preferred but not essential)
