Job Title: Client Director (UK) - New Business Sales

£65,000 - £80,000 basic salary, with double OTE

  • Manchester (Hybrid) – IDEAL
  • Open to UK-wide (Hybrid), coming to the office in Manchester once every couple of weeks for 2 days. Travel and accommodation expensed.

 

The Role:

  • You will focus on bringing in new business by growing your clientele and managing the full sales cycle from self-generation to closing deals. Once you have closed a deal, you can own the account, upsell, and cross-sell. You should have good research skills, an excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills, resilience, attention to detail, and determination to win. This role will involve prospecting in the UK and Ireland regions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of high AOV selling in SaaS, services, or tech sales.
  • Not transactional sales – longer sales cycle.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrates a hardworking and resilient approach.
  • A self-motivated individual who is looking to grow with a business.
  • Consultative seller
