Scala Developer
Location: London 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK.
Contract Length: 6 months
Day Rate / Pay: £600-£625/day
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Role Overview
The Scala Developer will primarily focus on developing in Scala within a cloud environment, supporting rapid feature deployment. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to both development and technical discussions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems in Scala on AWS
- Collaborate with team members for code reviews and pair programming
- Participate in product decisions alongside editorial and commercial teams
- Contribute to technical and design discussions
- Assist in mentoring other team members
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK

- 8+ years’ experience in Scala development
