Product Owner
Rate: £400/day Outside IR35
Location: London, Hybrid
Contract: Part Time (16-24 hours) Initial 3 Months
We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Owner to join our team operating at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Behavioural Science in London. The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the customer within cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of customer-focused products by collaborating closely with engineering, clinical, and behavioural science teams.
- You will own and manage the product roadmap from concept through to launch, gathering and prioritising product requirements from stakeholders and end-users alike.
- Fundamental to the role is maintaining a strong focus on product quality, user safety, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across all stages of development.
- Play a pivotal role in supporting the go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption by influencing marketing strategies and developing appropriate materials such as training resources and promotional content.
- An understanding of how to translate complex technical functionality into clear value propositions is essential.
- Recent experience working with current AI and software technologies. These include LLM solutions and frameworks (particularly multi-model), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) optimisation, the creation of analytics dashboards, and the development of both desktop and mobile applications.
- A track record of delivering rapid, high-quality UI/UX design is also important.
- Hands-on experience in API integration, data cleaning, and working with a typical customer technology stack, which includes a TypeScript frontend, Python backend, SQL databases, and deployment via AWS Cloud infrastructure.
- The ability to effectively bridge the technical with the strategic — understanding both user needs and technical constraints — is key to success in this role.
