Power BI Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Analyst to join our clients team in the manufacturing sector, based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is a hybrid contract role offering up to £375 per day Outside IR35.
You will play a key role in supporting reporting transformation projects, focusing on the migration of reports from SQL to Snowflake, with visual delivery through Power BI. The successful candidate will work closely with reporting and analytics, data engineering teams and business stakeholders to assess, rebuild and validate reports for decision-making. You will ensure data alignment across platforms, define and document approved KPIs, and publish business-ready dashboards tailored to functional needs. Your work will support data-led decisions, delivering consistent performance insights through effective storytelling and structured visualisations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong Power BI development experience (formal qualifications preferred).
• Solid proficiency in SQL and Snowflake data environments.
• Good ability to translate data into impactful visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and data interpretation.
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders across all business levels.
• Experience preparing documentation and user guidance for published reports.
• Self-directed, organised and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
