We are currently partnering with a Housing Association who are looking for a Performance Analyst to build a combined Property Performance Framework.
Essential Skills:

- Strong Excel capability (core tool for the build)
- Experience with performance management, KPIs, or performance analyst roles
- Sector experience:
- Housing
- Repairs
- Asset management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Data awareness (but not technical data engineering)
- Ability to organise, structure and document analytical frameworks
- Comfortable working independently and “churning through” structured tasks
- Additional KPI and performance measures scattered across teams
- KPI definitions
- Calculation logic
- Documentation of data sources
- Assurance ratings
- A structured Excel‑based framework
- Duration - 6 months
- Location - Remote with occasional once per month travel to Birmingham
- Day Rate - Circa. £450
- IR35 - Outside
