Role Overview
The Lead Software Engineer will establish and lead a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. They will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, define KPIs and SLAs, and manage relationships with application partners. - Proficiency in .NET, Azure tech stack, messaging, SQL database, and caching solutions
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking
