We are currently working with a business based in Essex who are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Manager to support them following the departure of their in-house IT Manager.
Onsite: Hybrid (regular onsite presence required)
Essentials:
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Experience supporting and administering Business Central environments
- Ability to provide both strategic and hands-on IT support
- Experience with reporting, integrations and system optimisation
- Comfortable acting as a trusted advisor across Business Systems and IT
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
- Assisting users with day-to-day Business Central issues and process improvements
- Providing guidance on system administration, reporting, integrations and best practices
- Offering general IT support and troubleshooting when required
- Advising on IT strategy, systems, security and continuous improvement initiatives
