D365 Low-code Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled D365 professional to contribute to the enhancement and configuration of their Dynamics 365 system. The successful candidate will play a key part in adapting the platform to meet the organisation’s needs, supporting business processes, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions.
Role Overview:
This role involves customizing and configuring the existing D365 system, leveraging low-code tools and programming skills to optimize functionality and support business objectives within a hybrid work environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365, including customization and configuration
• Proficiency with Power Automate
• Experience with Power Apps, covering both Canvas and Model-Driven apps
• Knowledge of C# and JavaScript
• Stakeholder engagement skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and configure the D365 platform to meet business requirements
• Develop processes and automation using Power Automate
• Build and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Support ongoing system enhancements and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum of 2 years D365 experience with hands-on customization and configuration
• Ability to work on-site in Cardiff with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office)
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, C#, and JavaScript
Nice to Have (Optional):
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication
