Asset Systems Delivery Lead | Social Housing
Are you a change agent who excels at bridging the gap between operational teams and technology?
We are partnering with a leading North West-based Housing Association to recruit an Asset Systems Delivery Lead to drive a major business transformation program.
£60,000-£65,000
North West - hybrid
The Mission: The organisation is replacing its legacy Keystone platform with a modern, integrated Asset Management system. You will be the non-technical lead responsible for driving business readiness, process redesign, and cross-organisational adoption across the Asset Management and DDaT teams.
This isn't just a technical swap—it’s a true change-leadership role centered on moving teams away from manual, paper-based workflows toward streamlined, digital ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead Business Implementation: Spearhead non-technical implementation, business readiness, training, and change management across the organisation.
-
Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the primary liaison between operational Asset Management teams, internal DDaT teams, and external software vendors.
-
Challenge the Status Quo: Map business processes, phase out legacy Keystone ways of working, and embed efficient digital standards.
-
Drive Adoption: Facilitate workshops, run UAT, manage stakeholder resistance, and ensure end-users feel supported and confident.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Proven track record leading digital solution delivery or business change initiatives in social housing, local government, or the public sector.
-
Experience migrating away from legacy systems (specifically Keystone or similar housing asset/compliance platforms).
-
Outstanding non-technical stakeholder management, process mapping, and change leadership skills.
-
A passion for continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery.
