Job Description
We are partnering with a leading Housing Association who are actively seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data Migration Expert. The consultant will be tasked with overseeing the entire migration process, identifying and mitigating issues and risks associated with their development work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the identification and mitigation of issues and risks associated with the development work
- Developing and managing ETL workloads to run predictably, efficiently, and effectively
- Perform data modelling and maintain a thorough understanding of logical modelling concepts
- Work with database, storage, collection, and aggregation models, delta loading, and external data
Required Skills & Experiences
- Proven experience in previous migration projects.
- Adept at data modelling and a thorough understanding of logical modelling concepts.
- Experience with databases and analytics, including relational databases (e.g. SQL Server).
- Data Warehousing and business analytics tools experience.
- Experience working with database, storage, collection and aggregation models, delta loading and external data (social media, web sites, ONS Councils).
- Familiarity with industry recognised data modelling standards and their application.
