With over 40 years of experience in wealth management across the UK and Switzerland, Roz brings deep industry expertise and a uniquely informed perspective to her role as Strategic Advisor to the Wealth Management Practice at Gravitas. Having built her career within leading private banks including Coutts, Julius Baer, HSBC Private Bank and Mirabaud, she offers first-hand insight into relationship management, investment management, wealth planning, credit, trust and fiduciary services, as well as middle and back office functions.
Roz’s experience spans senior relationship management, team leadership and project delivery, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what drives success across both boutique firms and global institutions. Her extensive industry network and longstanding knowledge of key market players enable her to connect clients and candidates in a meaningful and highly effective way, supporting hires at all levels with a focus on long-term fit.
Working closely with Simon Ackland and Hakan Enver, Roz is motivated by helping people find the right opportunities and organisations build strong, sustainable teams. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, trust and a genuine passion for creating successful partnerships.
Outside of work, Roz enjoys travelling, particularly to the Far East, as well as exploring the North Yorkshire countryside closer to home. She is also a lifelong Sheffield Wednesday supporter.
