With 17 years in the recruitment industry, 9 of which specialising in Learning & Development, Kiran Patel brings a wealth of experience to support Gravitas’ global learning culture. Her background spans contract recruitment within Financial Services and five years leading an in-house resourcing team for change and transformation projects - experience that gives her unique insight into both consultant performance and client expectations.
Kiran’s L&D expertise covers content design, training delivery, one-to-one coaching, performance development at all levels, and building learning strategies that support long-term growth. She is passionate about helping people understand consultative sales, develop confidence, and start generating revenue of their own. For Kiran, the most rewarding part of her role is watching consultants progress - from joining the business to stepping into leadership roles through skill-building, curiosity and ownership.
Across her career, Kiran has delivered a wide range of initiatives, including end-to-end sales training programmes, management and leadership coaching, and the redesign of a sales career pathway, followed by an Operations Career Pathway. She is also an accredited practitioner in Lumina Spark psychometric testing.
Outside of work, Kiran loves baking, reading, and going to music, comedy, and theatre events. She is also a trustee of a small charity that sponsors the education of 100 children in India - a cause close to her heart. (And before recruitment, she started her career as a criminal defence lawyer.)
