We have been recognised for our established Learning & Development (L&D) training programme. As an integral part of the Gravitas journey, our L&D team deliver specialist training to all consultants at all levels up to, and including, Director level.
We are proud to have received The Princess Royal Award three times in 2017, 2020 and 2023. We also have been awarded for ‘Best In-House Training’ by the Global Recruiter Awards 2023.
