We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect with deep expertise in B2B Commerce Cloud Architecture, particularly within the FMCG sector. This strategic and client advisory role is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, providing technical and strategic guidance.
As a Salesforce platform expert, you will analyse business processes, assess feasibility of solutions, and design enterprise-grade architecture that fully exploits the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be instrumental in reviewing information systems strategies, modelling processes, data structures, and providing thought leadership across projects. An essential aspect of this role is aligning technological solutions with business strategies and mentoring talented individuals within a defined career framework.
You must have extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, successfully implementing solutions for large-scale clients. Proficiency in Data Management, Integration, Security, and Application Design, as they pertain to the Salesforce platform, is essential. A deep understanding of stakeholder management and strong facilitation and presentation skills are vital, as is the ability to independently lead workshops such as Discovery, Solution Design, and Delivery.
Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect credentials are required, alongside hands-on technical delivery skills. You should also demonstrate a proven ability to influence and educate diverse teams, and a readiness to contribute to the development of practices and reusable frameworks across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring additional strengths such as proficiency in alternative platforms and programming languages, and a track record of building stable products through balanced configuration and custom code. Demonstrating use of accelerators or reusable frameworks to save time, manage cost, or reduce risk would be advantageous.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of being present in the office or at client sites at least three days per week. Candidates should ensure their commute comfortably allows for adherence to this policy.
