We're currently working with a client who is out to market for a business analyst to lead the discovery and requirement gathering on a process improvement project. The role requires someone with extensive process mapping experience, who is comfortable with hybrid working and liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
The organisation has recently gone through several acquisitions and are keen to get a comprehensive overview of efficient and inefficient internal processes across all companies. The first stages of the project would be mainly discovery and requirement gathering with reporting and recommendations to follow.
The requirement is as follows:
Role: Business Analyst
Contract Length: 4 Months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in Leeds or Manchester)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: DOE c. £325-375 / day
Skills:
- Extensive process mapping experience (Essential)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (Essential)
- Experience designing product process flows. (Desirable)
- Experience upskilling / delivering training to end users, to allow them to maintain process documentation (Desirable)
- Experience working for Financial or Fleet organisations (Desirable)
