Senior Dynamics 365 Business Analyst - D365 Migration Project - Hybrid work with great benefits package - Asset Management - Dynamics 365 CE / CRM - Omnichannel

An esteemed client of ours requires an experienced Senior D365 Business Analyst to lead on their transformation of their Asset Management system, moving from their current on-premises Housing Management platform to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Working within the Programme team you'll work with the business to understand requirements and shape the To-Be Process for Asset Management on a MS Dynamics platform. You will be part of a team of Business Analysts delivering Property Services, Compliance and Asset Management liaising with business stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of the business analysis practice, sharing your expertise with the team, with the opportunity to manage small teams from time to time.

Location: Remote with occasional visits to the office (1 or 2 times a month)

Salary: £58,111 (potentially flexible for the right candidate)

The skills required for this role include:

  • Experience of delivering Asset Management for a Housing Association.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 and implementing changes within.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, using recognised business analysis techniques and processes.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experiences in running teams within projects.
  • A deep understanding of project management methods including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Have a good understanding of using software development tools, such as Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
